AM Best and Best’s Insurance Professional Resources have released the latest installment of Best’s Insurance Law Podcast, a series that examines timely claims and insurance issues from a legal perspective.

This episode discusses e-discovery in litigation and steps that should be taken to preserve evidence. It features Attorney Jim Boyers of the law firm Wooden McLaughlin LLP. Mr. Boyers represents clients in complex matters arising from product liability, construction and environmental claims. His work on e-discovery issues includes negotiation of and court arguments about search terms, the format of data from complex databases and standing orders for production of such discovery.
