AM Best and Best’s Insurance Professional Resources have released the latest installment of the Best’s Insurance Law Podcast series, which examines timely claims and insurance issues from a legal perspective.

This episode discusses the Reptile Theory, a litigation strategy that focuses on safety and security issues to subtly encourage jurors to envision themselves in the plaintiff’s situation, and how insurance defense attorneys might best deploy the reverse reptile tactic. The podcast features Dr. Bill Kanasky from expert service provider Courtroom Sciences, Inc., in Irving, TX. Dr. Kanasky is the firm’s senior vice president of litigation psychology and consults on defendant witness training, jury decision-making process and jury selection strategy.

Courtroom Sciences, Inc. is a qualified member of Best’s Insurance Professional Resources, a claims industry resource that has featured qualified legal counsel, independent insurance adjusting services and expert service providers since 1929.
