This A.M.BestTV episode highlights a recent webinar in which A.M. Best analysts reviewed the methodology that A.M. Best uses to rate insurance-linked securities (ILS) and insurance-linked structures. Click on http://www.ambest.com/v.asp?v=ils1216 to view the entire program.

The methodology A.M. Best uses to rate ILS and insurance-linked structures is, titled, “Best Insurance-Linked Securities and Structures Methodology.” The purpose of the methodology is to provide a framework for rating these transactions.
