AM Best Senior Managing Director Andrea Keenan will deliver the keynote address, titled, “The Next 25 Years,” at the 2019 SMA Summit, presented by Strategy Meets Action and The Institutes, on Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2019, at 8:45 a.m. (EST), in New York, NY.

Keenan’s presentation will include a broader view of advances that are likely to affect the global insurance industry, along with changes that are anticipated in society, the economy, risk management and in the insurance industry’s business models. Keenan heads up strategy and communications for AM Best and oversees its relationships with insurance and financial service industries, as well as the credit rating agency’s business development, public relations and events coordination efforts. She also serves as the vice chair for the Microinsurance Network’s board of directors and holds advanced degrees in economics and international affairs.

The SMA Summit, to be held at The Westin New York Times Square, is themed as “Transformation in Action,” and will focus on transformational strategies, emerging technologies and insurance industry innovation.
