A.M. Best has withdrawn the financial strength rating of A- (Excellent) and the issuer credit rating of "a-" of Valley Insurance Company (Los Angeles, CA).
The rating withdrawals are based on Valley Insurance recently being sold to an unaffiliated third party. Prior to the sale, Valley Insurance was a subsidiary of Trinity Universal Insurance Company and a member of the Kemper P & C Group.
