The latest edition of the Insurance Marketing Podcast features an interview with communications expert Gary Kimball on communicating during times of difficulty and financial crises. Kimball is head of Kimball Communications and has handled communications for insurers, banks and other organizations during times of trouble.

"People need to have plans and they need to review them every year. They need to update them every year. They need to practice them every year," Kimball said in the interview. "They need to have experienced people directing the communications during these times so they can respond quickly, they can respond accurately, respond appropriately to any new situation."
