AM Best and Best’s Insurance Professional Resources have released the latest installment of the Best’s Insurance Law Podcast series, which examines timely insurance issues from a legal perspective.
This episode discusses the types of injuries and claims that lead to workers’ compensation fraud.
The podcast features Anthony Natale III, shareholder and co-chair of the Medicare Set-Aside practice group and supervisor of the workers’ compensation department in the Philadelphia office of Marshall Dennehey. Mr. Natale focuses his practice on Pennsylvania workers’ compensation, unemployment compensation, municipal law (Heart and Lung Act) and many other areas.
