A.M. Best Withdraws Ratings of Valiant Insurance Company and Its Subsidiary
Oldwick //BestWire// - A.M. Best has withdrawn the financial strength rating of A (Excellent) and the issuer credit ratings of "a" of Valiant Insurance Company and its subsidiary Valiant Specialty Insurance Company. All insurance liabilities have been transferred to other entities within Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited (Fairfax) [TSX: FSH and FFH.U], and the companies have been sold to Hamilton U.S. Holdings, Inc.
