AM Best Affirms Credit Ratings of Premier Land Title Insurance Company

//BestWire// - AM Best has affirmed the Financial Strength Rating of A- (Excellent) and the Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating of “a-” (Excellent) of Premier Land Title Insurance Company (Premier) (Coppell, TX). The outlook of these Credit Ratings (ratings) is stable.
The ratings reflect Premier’s balance sheet strength, which AM Best assesses as very strong, as well as its strong operating performance, limited business profile and appropriate enterprise risk management.
Premier’s balance sheet strength is supported by its risk‑adjusted capitalization, which remains at the strongest assessment across all modeled return periods in both standard and stressed conditions, as measured by Best’s Capital Adequacy Ratio (BCAR).
