A.M. Best received the award as the Latin America Rating Agency of the year at the Reactions Latin America Awards 2014 event in Miami, Florida. Accepting the award was Andrea Keenan, managing director - Latin America, representing A.M. Best's Mexico City office.
"We are proud to be honored by this distinguished group for our work as the only global ratings agency specializing in insurer financial strength," Ms. Keenan said. "This award symbolizes our contribution and commitment to the market as we celebrate 15 years in the region and our first year with a subsidiary based in Mexico City."
